Dehydrated Potato is made from fresh high-quality processing potatoes. After sorting, washing, peeling, cutting, blanching, cooling, hot air drying, sieving and metal detection. Blanching process prevents browning and maintains stable white color. The product features pure natural potato flavor, clean white appearance and excellent rehydration. No preservatives, no artificial additives.
