PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IQF Frozen Scallion is processed from fresh, tender green onions. After sorting, cleaning, cutting and blanching (optional), the product is individually quick‑frozen at ‑18℃ or below, which keeps each piece separate, bright green in color and fresh onion flavor. No preservatives, no artificial additives.
